CHA will convert two units at Cambridge Hospital to adult psychiatry units. This will result in 22 – 24 new adult beds to serve our community.
Once complete, CHA will have 64-66 total adult psychiatry beds – three units at CHA Cambridge Hospital and one unit at CHA Everett Hospital. CHA also has an existing 22 bed Geriatric Psychiatry Unit at Everett Hospital that specializes in older adults.
